In a recent video posted on his Instagram page, the 45-year-old film star — fondly called Aki — warned his followers and fans to refrain from soliciting money from him.

Aki said he was shocked when an Instagram user made an outrageous demand for N29 million.

The actor added that some of the people swarming his DM are not Nigerians.

“Guys, I dey vex o. I am not happy. This thing is getting out of hand. How can you people turn my DM to Bank of Industry? If I open my DM every time all I see is ‘oga, bros please…please… please…’ Jesus! It is too much,” he said.

“The way you guys dey beg this thing it is like say we no get responsibility.

“If I start to share the money like that, it will finish. Any time I open my DM ‘Oga my mother is this’, ‘My oga is this’. Imagine someone begging me for $35,000, approximately N27 million. Another one was asking me for $12,000 he wants to open a shop.
