Shade Ladipo, the Nigerian media personality, says she isn’t swayed by people’s success when they are unable to explain how they achieved it.

In a post on her Instagram stories, the controversial radio personality also urged her followers not to believe everything that is flaunted on social media.

According to her, a lot of people who boast about their success online can’t reveal the process of how they achieved it.

“I don’t give AF about the payoff of your ‘success”. Show me your process if you get mind, show me your process,” she wrote in a mixture of Pidgin and English.

“Pls don’t be moved by all these flashy things people show or say online, most of these people can not show you the process of how they achieved all these ‘success’.”

Ladipo is always known for giving her two cents to matters related to marriage, lifestyle, and relationships.

In April 2021, the media personality had taunted DJ Cuppy, while suggesting that she is not good enough to be a musician.

“DJ Cuppy’s music 0/100. DJ Cuppy’s character/values 120/100. A solid character will take you much further than talent. Give the girl all her flowers. She’s legit abeg she will find what she’s good at …. eventually,” she had written.

Three months later, the on-air personality (OAP) came under fire over a controversial post wherein she compared Sound Sultan’s death to that of Obama DMW, an associate to Davido.

Earlier this year, she had given her thoughts on Mercy Aigbe’s marriage to Kazim Adeoti, saying: “My gender sha. So, you see a married man with a whole family and you camp there. You don’t see your worth being beyond second fiddle or a possible family destroyer.

“How are you even attracted to a married man? uggghh. You are over 30 and still sleeping with married men then I feel for you (under 30 you are still foolish so I excuse your behavior). Sorry because you don’t know your worth.”
