Kingsley Okonkwo, the Nigerian singer better known as Kcee, has come through with a new single titled ‘I Pray’.

The artiste announced the new track on Friday.

In ‘I Pray’, Kcee also collaborates with Oxlade. He accompanied the song with a music video.

“Blessings na follow come wetin dey my head doh doh/‘Cause I no geti problem/ Iwalakolombo/Anytime you fuck around you fit, to fit to see my problem/And Ijọba no go fit solve am/Ọmọ Gaza don drop lamba,” they sing.

“Répéter, répéter/No go dey dull my grace/ Nnamdi rest your case/We dey play e dey show/You no fit stop my pace/Oil dey my head/I pray, I pray/See the life I dey live, high grade/I no come here to come play/I don dey ball o/E don tey.”

‘I Pray’ follows the success of ‘Ojapiano’ and ‘Ojaginger’, the singer’s hit tracks, where he used local instruments on Amapiano.

In 2021, Kcee teamed up with the Okwesili Eze Group to release a gospel music album titled ‘Cultural Praise’.

In August 2022, the singer said he switched genres from secular to gospel music to avoid career stagnation.

Kcee recently opened up about making more money from gospel music than secular songs.

The music star is currently signed to the label Five Star Music.
