Biodun Fatoyinbo, senior pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), has tackled Busola Dakolo, celebrity photographer, with respect to the rape charge made against him.

The cleric also disclosed that he is yet to receive any court document as being reported in the news.

Busola, wife of Timi Dakolo, Nigerian singer, had accused Fatoyinbo of raping her on two occasions when she was a teenager.

In a summon document issued by the federal high court sitting in Abuja on September 6, and seen by TheCable on Monday, the cleric was asked to appear in court within 14 days.

The document also carries a vivid description of the charges levelled against the COZA pastor.

One of the claims she made in the suit was that Fatoyinbo “forcefully pushed her unto a couch close to the front door of her house, pinned her to the couch, undressed her, caressed her body, fondled her breasts, exposed his genitals to her glare, forcing a bottle of soda (Krest) down her throat thereby making her breathing difficult.”

Busola through Pelumi Olajengbesi & Co., her lawyer, is seeking the order of the court to compel Fatoyinbo to publish a clearly worded apology to her on the front page of at least two national newspapers and two national televisions for seven days running consecutively, among others.

The COZA pastor, however, took to his Instagram page on Monday evening to hit back at her, saying she should stop telling lies.

“I normally would not respond to news. But will do so only this time. Allow me to respond in Pidgin English: ‘Stop lying up an dan,’” he wrote.
