Davido, the Afrobeats singer, has released the much-anticipated visuals for ‘Feel’, a track off his ‘Timeless’ album.

The 31-year-old megastar took to his Instagram page on Tuesday to announce the colourful visuals.

In the three-minute video, the ‘OBO’ hitmaker shines the spotlight on refugees who became homeless due to war.

The video opens with residents fleeing their homes away from the ravaging disaster while running after a train that is about to move.

While the refugees seek their tents, Davido fights his way through a tunnel to find his lover who appears to be among the victims.

“The darkest days are waging war. Where do we go from here? One day this darkness will be over. And the light shall be on us till eternity,” says an underground voice in the video.

The video was shot by TG Omori, the music video director.

Davido unveiled ‘Timeless’ on March 31.

Shortly after the release of the album, Davido revealed he spent N100 million on the visuals for ‘Feel’.

On April 10, ‘Timeless’ secured the 37th spot on the United States Billboard 200 chart.

The album also set its first-day streaming record for an African album on Apple Music in the same month.

In August, the body of work surpassed one billion streams across major platforms.

The project boasts a rich variety of collaborations with talented artistes such as Asake, Fave, Focalistic, Angelique Kidjo, and Skepta, among others.

With strings of awards and honourary mentions, Davido has established himself as one of the leading names in the African music industry.
