Asake, the Nigerian singer, has performed ‘Yoga‘, his latest single, on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.
The singer, who is making his first-ever appearance on the show televised in the United States, also thrilled the audience with ‘Organise’, the hit single from his 2022 album ‘Mr Money With The Vibes’.
Dressed in a white denim outfit, Asake dazzled the audience with his vocal dexterity while singing on a smoky stage as the composers supported him with live instrumentation.

‘Yoga’ was released as Asake’s first song of the year 2023.
Born Ahmed Ololade, the 28-year-old ventured into music at a very young age. He also showcased his talent through several freestyle videos on social media.
Asake, the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) graduate, started to attract attention after he worked with Broda Shaggi in his comedy videos. He would later feature in the comedian’s song titled ‘Star’.
He burst into stardom in 2022 after putting out an avalanche of hit songs like ‘Sungba,’ ‘Peace Be Upon You’, and ‘Terminator’.
Asake is also expected to maintain his dominance in the country’s music industry this year. The singer recently shared a snippet from his other highly anticipated single.
He is currently signed under YBNL records, a music label owned by Olamide, the indigenous rapper.
