The 22nd edition of the global football tournament kicked off on November 20 in the Asian continent.

A music festival was also organised as one of the side attractions that come with the festivities of the World Cup.

Kizz Daniel entertained over 40,000 fans present at the festival with a collection of hit songs from his catalogue.

Some of these songs include ‘Pour Me Water’, ‘One Ticket’, ‘Cough: Odo’, and ‘Good Time’.

Others are ‘Eh God: Barnabas’, ‘Buga’, and ‘Yeba’.

The audience cheered on and on as many sang along with the ‘Madu’ hitmaker.

Earlier this year, Daniel had expressed his wish to perform ‘Buga’, his hit song with Tekno, at the World Cup.

Born Daniel Anidugbe, Kizz Daniel shot into the limelight with the release of ‘Woju’, his 2015 single.

He has since then established himself as a popular name in the country’s music industry.

Daniel has released projects that earned him numerous awards and recognition.

He signed a record deal with G-Worldwide Entertainment in 2013.

The singer left the label following a publicised contract dispute and court case.

He would later establish Fly Boy Inc, his own record label, in November 2017.
