Lil Durk, the Grammy-nominated American rapper, says he wants to throw a big show in Nigeria.

The rapper recently engaged in a question and answer session on his Twitter page, where a fan inquired about his plans to visit Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, and South Africa.

The fan, who claimed to have been a loyal follower since 2013, assured Durk that he would be astounded to witness the dedication of his fan base in Africa.

“When will you come to Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, South Africa,” the fan asked.

“You’ll be so amazed to see you have loyal fans ..I’ve been a fan since 2013.”

In response, Lil Durk said he plans to organise a grand concert in Nigeria.

“I wanna throw a big show in Nigeria,” he said.

Born Durk Derrick Banks, Lil Durk rose to fame with his 2012 hit track titled ‘Life Ain’t No Joke’.

He has released other hit singles including “Like Me’, ‘Laugh Now Cry Later’ and ‘Backdoor’.

In 2015, he signed a record deal with Def Jam Recordings and unveiled his debut studio album called ‘Remember My Name’.

Durk has won a plethora of awards and received recognition for his craft.

In 2022, he won the iHeartRadio Titanium award.
