Once upon a time, Don Jazzy and D’banj were opposites; one was demure while the other was boisterous. But nowadays, their personalities are as alike as siamese twins.
Back when D’banj ‘blew’, Michael Collins, the Mavin record label boss known as Don jazzy, was famous for being a fantastic producer but also for his trademark style of whispering his words in D’banj’s ears for the latter to voice out.
Many moons and several fat cheques later, he has become the opposite of his former self. Don Jazzy is now one of the celebrities with an entertaining presence on social media, owing to his jovial nature.

The Delta-born record label boss, who also features in short skits by comedians, recently declared himself head of Lagos branch of the ‘Stingy Men Association of Nigeria’.
