‘She’s now my wife’ — Portable confirms marriage to actress Ashabi Simple

Habeeb Okikiola, the singer better know as Portable, has revealed that Ashabi Simple, his latest baby mama, is now his wife.

In a video shared via his Instagram, the controversial singer and Simple were spotted at the naming ceremony of their first child together.

“A stubborn child has eventually become a housewife. She is now a housewife.  Praise Allah,” the musician said in Yoruba.

Portable and the actress welcomed their bundle of joy on June 6.

The development makes it the singer’s third child in over 12 months.

In June last year, Portable welcomed his second child with Omobewaji Ewatomi, one of his baby mamas.

Six months later, the singer announced the arrival of a child with Keji, his third baby mama.

He also has a child with one of his lovers named Zainab Badmus.

The singer had earlier revealed plans to have 12 wives before he clocks 40.

“I never reach 30, I don get six wives and plenty children. Before I reach 40, my housewives would be up to a dozen(12). I am not 30 and I already have six. I just want to inform you so you would be aware,” he had said.
