In a now-viral video, Seun was seen engaging in a heated argument with Idowu. The incident occurred in the early hours of Friday.

The Afrobeat star was also seen hindering the man from presenting his passport for boarding a plane to the US.

In his response, Idowu threatened to make phone calls and take action against the singer.

“Dude, I am not from here, I am American. You just put your hands on me. You gonna find out. Yes, I am going home because this is not gonna end well for you. Do not make me make phone calls. I am going home,” he said.

Seun, on the other hand, insisted Idowu was not going back until they settled their case in Nigeria.

“Dude, nobody is taking your passport. You have a case in this country. You are not going anywhere,” he said.

“If anything happens to Seun in Chicago, I will be responsible. If it comes from me, it will be never. Because of miscommunication and I threatened his life.” he said.
