Beyond those who clinched prestigious awards, The Headies 2021 united a deluge of fashion-savvy entertainers that stole the night with breath-taking outfits at the red carpet of the annual event.
The 14th Headies aired from the Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
The event, which celebrates outstanding achievements in the Nigerian music industry, started at 8 pm after a red carpet session that took off at 5 pm on Sunday. It was hosted by Bovi, a comedian; and Nancy Isime, an actress.
One personality whose appearance was particularly exquisite is Isime. The actress initially wore something of latex heels matched with a steamy yellow coat and a crystal-studded face mask. She would later change into two other outfits.
Bovi wowed his fans after he rocked a blood-painted shirt symbolic of the #EndSARS protest and last year’s Lekki shooting as the show had kicked off. He later changed into a long-sleeved shirt and jeans with these glorious boots.
