The Ooni of Ifè took to his social media pages to announce the arrival of his bundle of joy.

Ogunwusi thanked God for blessing his home with the newborn babies he called “prince and princess” — signifying a male and female.

The monarch also revealed that the mother and the children are in “sound health”.

In 2022, the fashion designer revealed she was told she might never get married.

Philips said the comment prompted her to ask God for a gift that would surprise those who have been “mean to me”.

She is said to be number three among the six wives of the king. The other wives include Ashley Adegoke, Mariam Anako, Elizabeth Akinmuda, Temitope Adesegun, and Ronke Ademiluyi.

The Ooni was previously in three failed marriages. He married Adebukola Bombata in 2008 but the marriage crashed.

The king’s marriage to Zaynab Wuraola Otiti in 2016 also failed due to irreconcilable differences.

The monarch went on to marry Silekunola Naomi in October 2018.

Three years later, Naomi announced their separation.

Their union produced a son named Tadenikawo.
