In March 2024, Middleton revealed that she was in the early stages of treatment after being diagnosed with cancer.

The Princess of Wales said the diagnosis was a “huge shock” after an “incredibly tough couple of months”.

In a social media post on Friday, she shared an update on her health.

Middleton said she is going through chemotherapy and making “good progress”.

She said her treatment will continue for a few more months as she is “not out of the woods yet”.

The princess also disclosed that she would attend King Charles’ birthday parade in London on Saturday.

“There are good days and bad days. On the good days when you feel stronger, you want to make the most of feeling well,” she said.

“My treatment is ongoing and will be for a few more months.

“On the days I feel well enough, it is a joy to engage with school life, spend personal time on the things that give me energy and positivity.

“I’m looking forward to attending The King’s Birthday Parade this weekend with my family and hope to join a few public engagements over the summer, but equally knowing I am not out of the woods yet.”

Middleton, as she had disclosed, attended the ceremony on Saturday.

She was with her husband Prince William.

Also present were their children Prince George, Prince Louis, and Princess Charlotte.

The event marks Middleton’s first public appearance since she announced her cancer diagnosis.
