‘Oppenheimer’, a movie by Christopher Nolan, was among the biggest winners at the 96th Academy Awards better known as Oscars.

The event was held on Sunday at the Dolby Theatre at Ovation Hollywood in Los Angeles.

‘Oppenheimer’, which delves into the life of J. Robert Oppenheimer, the father of the atomic bomb, secured seven awards out of 13 nominations, including the coveted Best Picture category.

Following closely is ‘Poor Things’ which garnered four awards — with Emma Stone, the lead actress, taking home the Best Actress prize.

Other winners include ‘The Last Repair Shop’, ‘Anatomy of a Fall’ and ‘Godzilla Minus One’, among others.

John Cena, the US wrestler, appeared naked on the Oscars stage while presenting the award for best costume design.
