Patrick Dele-Cole, chairman of Africapractice West Africa, is expected to deliver a lecture at the colloquium.
Dele-Cole, OFR, will be speaking on the theme ‘Modern and Traditional Elites in the politics of Lagos (1851-1950)’.

The colloquium which will hold on Saturday, October 22, will feature cultural displays, lectures, and series of performances.
