The ‘Jowo’ hitmaker took to social media to reveal that a joint project could be in the works after his next album.

“After my next album I think a Davido x @KizzDaniel EP will be dope !” Davido wrote.

The announcement comes on the back of the success of their collaboration in the remix of ‘Twe Twe’, Kizz Daniel’s hit song.

Before their recent collaboration, the duo had previously worked together on Kizz Daniel’s 2018 hit ‘One Ticket’.

Both artistes have enjoyed significant success both locally in Nigeria and on the global stage.

In March 2023, Davido rebranded his music label and commenced a new era dubbed DMW 2.0.

He also announced the signing of Olori alongside Morravey to his record label.

Last year, Davido earned his first-ever nomination for the Grammy Awards in three categories, including ‘Best Global Album’ for his latest album, ‘Timeless’.

Others were ‘Best African Performance’ for his song ‘Unavailable’ and ‘Best Global Music Performance’ for his track ‘Feel’.

He, however, lost all his categories at the just concluded Grammy Awards.

Daniel, on the other hand, rose to fame in 2014 with his debut single, ‘Woju’.
