Ike Onyema, the recently evicted Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) All-Stars housemate, says he regrets trashing Ilebaye’s locker on the show.

A fortnight ago, Ike had thrown Ilebaye’s belongings on the floor from her locker and stolen some of her coins — in a bid to provoke her into getting another strike.

Ike, however, got evicted from the reality show on Sunday alongside Seyi, Lucy and Prince Nelson.

In a recent chat with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, the reality star said he realised he went too far after witnessing people’s reaction.

“I am sorry again to everyone about some of the boundaries that I crossed,” he said.

“When I saw myself and when I saw people’s reaction to the clip being played back and not just that, when I woke up the next morning and saw people’s reaction, I was like okay I might have gone too far.

“When it happened, I looked at it like na just clothes, you go wash am, put it back. During my season, other people had messed with people’s wardrobe before, so I did not look at it that bad.

“There was no excuse, things just got out of hand. I always look at myself like, when people make plans, there are talkers and I have always been a doer.

“Once the energy came, I over did it. It is something I struggled with a lot and had a lot of regrets about later. I definitely had to apologize about that publicly to the house and Ilebaye.”
