Opeyemi Aiyeola, the Nigerian actress, is grateful after undergoing a “successful emergency surgery”.
In a recent Instagram post, the film star appreciated God for “His mercy and love”.
Aiyeola did not share more information about the procedure but said she is now expected to spend her holiday recuperating.
She also appreciated the medical personnel who conducted the surgery on her, family members and friends for their support, love and care.
The film star said she was happy to return home alive.
“Got every reason to be grateful to my Jehovah for his mercy and love My 9ja trip that’s usually a working holiday ended up with me having an unplanned + emergency successful surgery, spending my holiday recuperating,” she wrote.
“To my handsome, beautiful n correct medical team, family n friends can’t appreciate you al enough for ur support, care and love Phase 2 of holiday with champs loading.
“Good to be back home alive and recuperating well To everyone who noticed my absence on social media and checked on me,e se modupe oo.”
