Burna Boy, Tems, and Rema performed at the 2023 NBA all-star game halftime show on Sunday night.

The three Afrobeats stars took turns onstage, with Burna Boy blessing the audience with an electrifying performance of hit songs like ‘It’s Plenty,’ ‘Last Last,’ and ‘Alone’.

Rema took over the stage from Burna Boy as he gave out an exhilarating performance of ‘Calm Down’ and ‘Holiday’.

The star-studded crowd was on its feet, jamming to the songs as Tems hit the stage with ‘Crazy Tings,’ ‘Free Mind,’ ‘Essence,’ and ‘Higher’.

After their performances, the NBA also honoured LeBron James for becoming the league’s all-time scoring leader.

The NBA all-star game took place at Vivint Arena in Salt Lake City.

At the games, superstars from both conferences squared up for a thrilling match to raise funds for charity.

The three music heavyweights have continued to make Nigeria proud since they hit the spotlight.

Tems won her first-ever Grammy award in 2023 for her role in ‘Wait for U’, the 2022 hit song by Future featuring Drake.

Burna Boy — despite losing out on two Grammy nominations this year — set a record in 2021 by becoming the first Afrobeat singer to clinch the global award.

A few weeks ago, Rema’s ‘Calm Down’ became the most-viewed Nigerian music video on YouTube with 355 million views.
