The 26-year-old music producer was sent packing from the survival reality show on Sunday night.

Umoren’s eviction from the GUS comes a few hours after Emmanuel Nnebe was also asked to leave the show.

With the latest eviction, there are 13 contestants left in the race for the show’s N50 million grand prize.

Last week, the trio of Olayinka Omoya, Mfon Mikel, and Gerald Odeka were ousted from the survival show.

The GUS premiered in 2004 and has enjoyed widespread acceptance since then.

The show, currently in its 12th season, is making its return after four-year hiatus.

This year’s edition of the show is tagged ‘The Age of Craftsmanship’ and involves a total of 18 contestants.

The contestants — camped in a jungle — are expected to compete against each other and the wild in quest of a secret treasure that would offer fame and wealth to the last person standing.
