TG Omori, the Nigerian music video director, has commenced the shooting of the visuals for ‘You Dey Whine Me’, the viral song by Austine Emmanuel.
The music director announced this in a post via his Twitter page on Saturday.
“Shey you dey whine me shoot day with my bro,” he wrote in the terse post.
The post was accompanied by a photo of Omori and Emmanuel inside a boat.

The development comes a few weeks after Omori, born ThankGod Omori Jesam, expressed his desire to meet Emmanuel and shoot the visuals for the song.
Emmanuel has become a viral sensation since he put out the indigenous song.
In the less than five-minute track, the fast-rising singer croons about his love for God. He also said nothing will stop him from praising his creator.
The song became popular due to the “Shey you dey whine me?” phrase.
The phrase went viral on TikTok and has been used in memes as well as in skits.
The song has also enjoyed massive reception, with many Nigerians lauding the singer’s creativity.
Omori has made a name for himself in the music industry with numerous hit projects.
He has directed music videos for several top artistes including Olamide, Wizkid, Burna Boy, Kiss Daniel, Fireboy, and Naira Marley.
