TMZ reports that sources close to Chyna said that she is not using the product but she was offered a good sum to promote it.

They, however, admitted to Chyna’s use of Dencia’s Whitenicious dark spot corrector products.

The former stripper is scheduled to be in Lagos on Sunday for the launch of a face cream that “brightens, lightens without bleaching skin out”.

The beauty product is a collaboration between the former stripper and Whitenicious, a beauty brand owned by Cameroonian pop star, Dencia.

The product, which will be sold at $250 per jar, is called ‘Whitenicious x Blac Chyna Diamond Illuminating & Lightening Cream’.

It will be launched on Sunday in Ikeja at a shopping event tagged ‘Whiteniecious X Blac Chyna Collection’.

Listing its use, Dencia said the cream helps revitalise skin’s hydration, restore younger-looking contours, preserve skin texture and tone, reduce the visibility and intensity of age spots, improve the appearance of dull, discoloured skin, visibly stamping out unevenness to leave the complexion illuminated.

Several Nigerians including Afrofusion artiste, Burna Boy, has criticized the notion of the product launch as it promotes bleaching, which has been scientifically proven to be harmful.
