Thirty-seven ladies have been unveiled as semi-finalists of the 2017 edition of Miss Nigeria.
The pageant will mark its 41st anniversary with the upcoming edition. Anambra’s Chioma Stephanie Obiadi emerged victorious in the 40th edition of the pageant.
The Miss Nigeria pageant is designed to showcase positive attributes of Nigerian women and award university scholarships.
The pageant promotes a wholesome girl-next-door image, combining vintage glamour with modern elegance, the organisers said.
The winner will be chosen based on exemplary qualities and how she can serve as a role model for young women in the country.
The 37 finalists will compete for the coveted crown on Friday, December 21, at the EKO Hotels & Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Here are the finalists.
