The ‘African Giant’ crooner marked his birthday on Saturday and was celebrated by several of his fans across the globe.

In an Instagram post, Ogulu, who doubles as the singer’s manager, said she is proud of the man he has become.

She also told the singer to “tone down the madness” as he clocks another year — although she later removed the line from her post.

“Happy birthday D. You have given me so many reasons to be proud of the man you have become. Let’s tone down the madness. Cheers to a new age,” she wrote.

The ‘Last Last’ singer has established himself as a household name in the global music industry with several awards and recognition.

Last year, Ogulu had revealed she started managing the singer as a form of sacrifice and not ambition.

“Burna Boy started in 2010 from Port Harcourt. Even before he took the name, he asked me to manage him. So, I’ve always managed him. It just wasn’t a full-time thing because I was raising kids and had bills to pay,” she had said.

“He couldn’t pay me so I had to do my work. I signed the first deal on his behalf; handled most of his bookings. I’ve always been there but I hadn’t been involved in the day-to-day [tasks]. He was with the label; they had a road manager.”
