A Nigerian lady simply identified as Ekemini has narrated how Fred Boakye, a receptionist at Oakspring Hotel & Luxury Suites in Lagos, where she recently lodged, allegedly sent her a message requesting sex.

The lady, who brought the revelation to light in a Twitter thread on Sunday, said the incident happened on Saturday.

Ekemini said she had checked in at the hotel and thereafter called Monica, her friend, to come and stay with her for the night.

The lady, however, said at midnight, she received a message from an unknown number —  which later turned out to be that of the receptionist — asking if he could come and “give her oral sex”.

“Yesterday, I lodged at @oakspring_hotel and my friend Monica came to stay over with me. Sometime around midnight, I got this strange WhatsApp message from a number. Turns out it’s from the receptionist who checked me in,” she wrote.

A screenshot shot of the message from the receptionist read: “I hope this doesn’t come as rude. But I love to eat your p***y out anytime any day ma’am. I’m just downstairs.”

The lady claimed that the receptionist would later delete the message after her friend went down to confront him.

She also shared a screenshot of Boakye apologising for his action.

“The hotel can refund you your money from my pay if at all you find this offensive, ma. I can tender my resignation. I apologise for my vulgarity and transgression,” he had written.

The lady said the development had since left her unsettled while calling on the hotel management to look into the matter.

“I’ve been paranoid and couldn’t get sleep. all night. This is someone who has access to all the rooms in the hotel,” Ekemini added.

“What if I was alone? My friend went down to confront him about the message and he deleted it. @oakspring_hotel, you people better do something about this situation. I’m not about lip service o.”

In a follow-up post, the lady revealed that the hotel management said it is currently tracking the receptionist.

“Update: The management of the hotel is currently tracking him. His supposed next of kin on his employment form doesn’t know where he is,” she added.

Oakspring Hotel & Luxury Suites has not reacted to the development as of the time this report was filed.

Efforts by TheCable Lifestyle to reach Boakye on Sunday to hear his side of the story did not materialise as his phone number was not reachable.
