Kaffy, Nigerian dance queen, has been criticised by a group of dancers over her recent allegations that Davido and other Nigerian artistes maltreat her peers.

Kafayat Oluwatoyin Shafau had released a video decrying the inhumane treatment of dancers by Davido at the recently held 3 Thrones concert.

Ever since her outcry, several dancers have reacted, some criticising the ‘dance queen’, others backing her.

Michael Omani, a dancer who recently added his voice to the fray, urged Kaffy to take care of her kingdom of dancers while accusing her of double standard.

He said she deserved the treatment meted to her by Davido while stating that she’s also guilty of the same crime.

“I disagree with what Kaffy said; if you want to throw shades at anybody, do it without involving dancers because the same thing you said Davido did to you is what you do to us, your dancers.

” I bet if anybody should pull a vote, we dancers will vote you out that you are wrong”, Omani said.

“You call dancers for shows, you don’t pay them, you take dancers to Calabar and you leave them there stranded, call dancers to your house and put 50 people in one room.”

“You travel around the world calling yourself queen of dance in Nigeria. A queen takes care of her followers, you don’t take care of us and you are putting us into your beef”, he added.

Michael Igbelabo,  lead choreographer of  Dance Na the Main Thing (DNMT), is reported to have said that Kaffy was not at the event and Davido didn’t disrespect the dancers.

Davido, who has chosen to remain mute over the controversial issue, says he’s become accustomed to being the victim of every argument.

“I don’t have any problem with Kaffy; I was even shocked to see that video. I am always used to being the victim of everything”, Davido said.
