Grace Jabbari, an ex-girlfriend of Jonathan Majors, whom he was found guilty of assaulting and harassing, has dropped her lawsuit against the actor.

According to court documents, the case, which included claims of assault and defamation, has been “dismissed with prejudice” — meaning it cannot be refiled.

Speaking on the development, Brittany Henderson, Jabbari’s attorney, commended her client’s courage and commitment to justice.

Henderson also expressed hope that the settlement would allow Jabbari to move forward.

“Grace Jabbari has exhibited tremendous courage throughout this very long and difficult process,” she said.

“As a result of her commitment to justice, the lawsuit that she filed against Jonathan Majors has been favorably settled. We hope that she can finally put this chapter behind her and move forward with her head held high.”

The decision to dismiss the lawsuit follows Majors’ December 2023 conviction for third-degree assault and harassment, stemming from his March 2023 arrest in New York City.

As part of his sentencing, the actor was ordered to undergo a year of domestic violence counseling, and mental health therapy, and a permanent protective order was issued between him and Jabbari.

Throughout the legal proceedings, Majors has maintained his innocence, denying all allegations of abuse.

The controversy also negatively impacted his career.

Meanwhile, Majors recently made headlines following his engagement to Meagan Good, the actress.
