2Baba, the ace singer, has celebrated Innocent Jnr., his son, on the occasion of his 12th birthday.
The ‘African Queen’ hitmaker took to his Instagram page on Tuesday to share a picture of his son alongside a goodwill message.
2Baba prayed for God’s guidance and protection over Innocent while promising that he would “make up for all the days I have missed”.
“Innocent Idibia jnr. Jah guide and protect you always. Mere words can’t express how and what I feel. Now now like play like play. So many good things I wish for you,” he wrote.
“You shall excel in all you choose to do. I can’t turn back the hands of time but know I will make up for all the days that I’ve missed.
“No excuse. I pray the universe will be good to u. Massive birthday blessings my son. #warrior grateful. Bless up @perosaiyemi.”

Innocent Jr is one of the three children 2Baba shares with Pero Adeniyi, his baby mama.
Over the years, the 48-year-old has been in the news over the controversies surrounding his marriage and past relationships.
2Baba tied the knot with Annie Macaulay, his wife, in May 2012 and their union is blessed with two children, named Olivia and Isabella.
The singer also shares two kids with Sumbo Ajala-Adeoye.
In 2021, Annie and 2Baba were the subjects of a widely reported marital crisis that spanned a couple of months.
Trouble started after Annie called out her husband over his days-long mingling with one of his baby mamas.
