Eddy and Tony Tetuila, another member of the group, however, countered Eedris’ claim.

While Tetuila said he is “highly disappointed” in Eedris for “spewing lies”, Eddy argued that he single-handedly formed The Remedies and invited the duo to the group.

Eedris also alleged that 50 Cent assaulted Psquare on the first day of the Nigerian Breweries-organised concert at Tafawa Balewa Square in Lagos in 2004.

However, Paul Okoye, a Psquare member, dismissed Eedris’ claim, adding that “the group was not even billed to perform at the show”.
