Paul Okoye has debunked claims by Eedris Abdulkareem that 50 Cent assaulted Psquare during a concert in 2004.

In a recent interview, Eedris alleged that the incident occurred backstage on the first day of the Nigerian Breweries-organised concert at Tafawa Balewa Square in Lagos.

He claimed that 50 Cent’s entourage “flogged” and “chased away” several Nigerian singers, including Psquare.

However, in an Instagram live video, Paul Okoye, a member of Psquare, dismissed Eedris’ claim, adding that “the group was not even billed to perform at the show”.

He also said he would “dash $10,000” to anyone who could find the poster of the show and prove that Psquare performed at the event.

“I hear the guy talk say they wipe Psquare koboko. See I want you guys to record this thing I am doing, I give anyone $10,000. I believe you know $10,000 is N18 million,” he said.

“Anybody, I say use Google, use everywhere, look for the poster of Nigerian Breweries star mega charm, look at all the artistes, Psquare was not billed to perform.

“If you see anywho where it was written that Psquare performed alongside 50 Cent, I’ll dash you $10,000. That is where you will know that this guy is a liar.”

Okoye earlier took a hit at Eedris for saying it was “stupid” of Burna Boy to claim that no one paved for him.
