James Brown, the controversial Nigerian crossdresser, has taken to social media to celebrate the birthday of Peter Obialor, his father.

The brand influencer shared several photos of himself and his father via his Instagram page on Monday to mark the occasion.

In a post accompanying the photos, James Brown appreciated his father for loving him unconditionally.

The Instagram celebrity, who referred to himself as his father’s “daughter”, also reiterated his love for him.

“Happy birthday to my ever young radiant dad. Thanks for giving me the greatest love any parent can give their daughter. You overdosed me with all the care and unconditional love,” he wrote.

“I love you so much papa. Your daughter wish you longest life time in good health and wealth.”

The crossdresser, whose real name is James Obialor, came into the limelight after a video where he made a grammatical blunder — “they didn’t caught me” — following his arrest a few years back went viral.

Brown had earlier narrated how his grandmother nurtured him after his mother rejected him a few days after his birth.

“This is my grandma the woman  I cherish the most with my blood, body and soul. This is the only woman who took me in when I was rejected by my mom back then when I was just 2 days old, this woman breastfeed me, clothe me, gave me shelter, knowing fully well that I’m just her granddaughter/son,” he had written.
