Olorunyomi Makun, fashion designer better known as Yomi Casual, says his clothing store in Lagos was vandalised and looted by suspected hoodlums on Wednesday.

The award-winning entrepreneur posted a video on his Instagram page on Thursday, showing the vandalised shop around Surulere area of the state.

In the video, the 35-year-old also showed the condition of the store before and after the vandalisation had taken place.

“Woke up to this and the first thing that came to my mind is, it’s already too late to educate the hoodlums that this fight is for all of us and not at each other,” he wrote.

The ongoing #EndSARS protest against police brutality across Nigeria has since been hijacked by hoodlums.

There have been renewed attacks on government and private properties in Lagos since the shooting of unarmed protesters at Lekki toll gate by soldiers on Tuesday night.

Babajide Sanwo-Olu, governor of Lagos, had on Tuesday imposed a 24-hour curfew, citing increased violence.
