Zinoleesky, the fast-rising Nigerian singer, has come through with his highly anticipated extended play (EP) titled ‘Grit & Lust’.


The 8-track project was released on streaming platforms in the early hours of Friday as promised.

Zinoleesky had earlier described the body of work as a “mirror” that reflects a new beginning in his career.

In the EP, the singer features Ayra Starr for ‘Many Roads’ and Omay Lay for ‘Last Time’.


Other tracks in the body of work include ‘Personal’, ‘Yan Yan Yan’, ‘Odinaka’, ‘Run It Up’, ‘Call Of Duty’ and ‘Rocking’.

In ‘Many Days’, Zinoleesky and Ayra confess their unending love for their lovers.

‘Yan Yan Yan’ sees Zinoleesky talking about how his resilience over the years has turned his dreams into reality.


“Back then, dem no feely us/ The way dem no take a man serious/ Ask about me, we’ve never given up/ Now all my dreams, I’m living up/ Now dem dey find us like one plot for pinnock/ The way dem dey chop am like peanut/ Dem be like Zino no go kill us/ Save us, Jesus,” the lyrics read.

Since the singer, whose real name is Oniyide Azeez, has continued to pull the weight of fame in the industry.
