Ayo Adams, the filmmaker, is set to release a documentary titled ‘Ibadan: Young and Thriving’ in December.

Adams, in a statement on Sunday, said the documentary will showcase the rising potential for socio-economic innovation in Ibadan, which is regarded as one of Nigeria’s oldest and historically significant cities.

The media personality said the documentary seeks to challenge outdated stereotypes and shine a spotlight on the city’s vibrant community of young innovators.

The statement said it also features candid interviews with young professionals, entrepreneurs, and change-makers.

‘Ibadan: Young and Thriving’ presents real stories of resilience, creativity, and the forward-thinking spirit shaping the city’s future.

Adams said: “Ibadan is often viewed through a nostalgic lens as a city of history and culture, but that perspective overlooks the groundbreaking innovation happening here today.
