Wizkid, the Afrobeat singer, has asked his followers to listen to Davido‘s latest album.
Davido released ‘Timeless’, his fourth album which houses 17 tracks, in the early hours of Friday.
A few hours after the project’s release, Wizkid showed his support for Davido by encouraging his fans to stream the album.
“Y’all go listen to timeless by my brother @davido 🔥🔥🔥❤️🦅,” Wizkid wrote on his Twitter page.

Wizkid’s support for Davido’s album may come as a shock to a lot of music lovers.
This is due to the years-long supremacy battle between the pair — including Burna Boy.
The trio are considered to be the biggest artistes in Nigeria in contemporary times, with their fans often divided over who is superior.
The singers have also thrown digs at each other on different occasions.
But in July 2022, Wizkid offered an olive branch to Davido and Burna Boy after he downplayed the rivalry between them.
“I want to tell you tonight, Starboy, I gat love for Burna Boy, I gat love for Davido…and I want to thank you the fans for supporting us,” he said at the 2022 Afronation music festival in Portugal.
In January, Wizkid revealed that he will be going on a tour with Davido.
On March 2, Wizkid, however, postponed the tour, saying the development was due to some “unforeseen logistical circumstances.”
