Wizkid, the Nigerian singer, on Thursday night, thrilled the audience with an electrifying performance of his hit songs at the Soundstorm festival in Saudi Arabia.

The Grammy-winning singer dazzled the crowd with an energetic performance of ‘Joro’, ‘Mood’, ‘Pakuromo’, ‘Beat of Life (Samba)’, ‘Ginger’ and ‘Energy (Stay Far Away)’.

Wizkid’s performance serenaded the audience as they sang along with excitement.

Also performing at the festival are 50 Cent, Black Eyed Peas, Calvin Harris, Chris Brown, and David Guetta.

Others are H.E.R., J Balvin, Martin Garrix, Travis Scott, Wiz Khalifa, Metallica, and Swedish House Maffia.

The music event, which opened in Riyadh on Thursday, will come to an end on December 16.

Born Ayo Balogun, Wizkid is among the leading names in African music with a huge fanbase, several awards, and honorary mentions.

He last dropped a full project on November 11, 2022 — which was ‘More Love, Less Ego‘, his fifth album.

In 2023, he was, however, enlisted in collaborative songs by Rexxie and Wande Coal among a few.

Last month, the multiple award-winning singer hinted that he is on a five-year hiatus from music.

While teasing a new album, Wizkid said he has made enough music to retire.
