Folarin Falana, Nigerian rapper better known as Falz, has come through with the visuals for ‘Oga’, his latest Amapiano single.

The ‘Oh God’ rapper announced the release of the music video via his Instagram page on Friday.

He had initially put out the less than 4-minute song, which featured Bontle Smith and Sayfar, South African singers, on November 19.

The visuals, directed by Unlimited LA, takes viewers through a story of a female kleptomaniac, played by Bontle Smith, who stole from two other characters in the club, including Falz himself.

In 2020, Falz released ‘‘Squander’, a single featuring Niniola Apata, Nigerian singer, alongside Kamo Mphela, Mpura, and SayFar, South Africa’s Amapiano sensations.

The project marked Falz’s debut song with artistes from South Africa and is believed to be his way of penetrating the country’s music landscape.

Falz the bad guy, as he is popularly known, has established himself as a household name in the Nigerian music industry for his projects which are often targeted at addressing societal ills.

The singer has had an impressive music career which has seen him won several awards including ‘Album of the Year’ at the 2016 edition of the City People Entertainment Awards.

He has also featured alongside several prominent Nigerian singers for projects mostly critical of bad governance including ‘Get The Info’, a song by Phyno, and ‘God of Men (Fake Pastors),’ by Charly Boy.
