Ayra Starr, the fast-rising Nigerian singer, has put out an eye-catching video for ‘Rush‘, her latest single.
The music star took to her social media pages to release the official music video for the hit single.
In the less than four-minute visuals, directed by TG Omori, the singer could be seen swinging on a flower-decorated dance ring.
Starr also shows off wads of dollar notes while vowing not to slow down the tempo.
“Me no get time for the hate and the bad energy/ Got my mind on my money/ Make you dance like Poco Lee/ Steady green like broccoli/ Steady on my grind no wan hear what they wan telly me/ Kudi na my fantasy/ Dem wan dey check if my tap e no rush/ But e dey rush/ E dey rush well wеll/ E be much/ Na God dey make my tap, е dey rush,” she sings.
The music video comes a few weeks after she released the single.
The singer had earlier revealed that her short break from music was to “master my craft and learn about myself, God”.
Starr, born Oyinkansola Aderibigbe, was signed to Mavin Records, a music label owned by Don Jazzy in January 2021.
She released her eponymous debut EP at about the same time she was unveiled. Since then, she has continued to enjoy massive reception.
