A Nigerian content creator known as Young C has gone viral for burying himself alive in a casket for 24 hours.
The 26-year-old skit maker from Rivers State documented the stunt on social media, promising to give live updates from his self-made tomb.
Vowing that the stunt was genuine, Young C said, “I am going to be spending the next 24 hours buried in this casket. Guys, this is real, not fake. And the most amazing part is that I am going to go live at night”.

On Wednesday, the content creator descended into a grave-like pit encased in a wooden structure before being buried by associates.
While he assured followers he had essentials like food, water, and a phone for updates, subsequent videos revealed his struggles with discomfort, including excessive sweating due to a malfunctioning fan.
“Guys, I have been buried alive for over 8 hours now. For those of you who saw my first video, I have been down here. As you can see, my camera is still rolling, and I have my light down there, I am sweating, guys,” he said.

In another update, the skit maker revealed he had limited water supplies and stated that he was contemplating drinking his urine.
The stunt sparked mixed reactions online, with some fans disapproving and calling for his arrest.
The content creator’s account on TikTok was also banned for violating safety guidelines.
Despite the ban, the content creator completed the challenge and was exhumed after 24 hours.
The incident bears resemblance to a stunt by Mr Beast, the US YouTuber, who previously buried himself alive for 50 hours to raise awareness about deforestation.
