Idowu Phillips, the ace actress fondly called Mama Rainbow, has travelled to Jerusalem to pray for Nigeria.
The current happenings in the country have left so many Nigerians angry. Protests also rocked some parts of the country over the lingering naira scarcity.
In footage shared on Instagram, the film star is seen offering her prayers in Yoruba at the door of a building while dressed in a white garment attire.
In another video, the actress is seen crawling and rolling on the floor while committing Nigeria to God.
“Lord our God. We are here. This is Jerusalem. You heard the cry of the Israelites from the valley. We are in our valley hear our cry, Lord,” she said.
“We are not satisfied with the way Nigeria is at the moment, most especially Iya Rainbow, who people call the mother of Nigeria. The way Nigeria is, I am not satisfied. Hike in fuel price, no food, troubles, and tribulations, people vandalising banks, among others.”
