Davido, the Nigerian singer, gifted a female fan $50,000 in payment of her student loan during his concert in the United States.
The concert took place at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday night.
The music star rocked the stage with an electrifying performance, belting out some of his biggest hits including ‘Skelewu’, ‘Fall’, and ‘Aye’.
He kept the momentum going by bringing out fellow stars like Teni, Zlatan Ibile, Ghana’s Stonebwoy, and Cavemen on stage.
During the sold-out show, a fan holding a poster that caught Davido’s eye made a plea for help with her student loan debt.
“Davido take my student loans away,” the poster reads.

With a slew of awards and accolades, Davido has firmly established himself as one of the prominent names in the African music industry.
Last year, the singer earned his first-ever nomination for the Grammy Awards in three categories.
He recently launched a music and arts faculty at the International University of East Africa in Uganda.
