The University of Lagos (UNILAG) has released the results for candidates who sat for its 2020/2021 post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
The varsity broke the news in a statement on Friday, urging candidates to visit its website and check their respective scores.
“The University of Lagos wishes to inform candidates who participated in the just concluded 2020/2021 Post-UTME Screening exercise that they can now check for their results,” the statement read in part.
“Kindly note that your JAMB Registration number is all you need to access your results. The University of Lagos wishes you the best.”
The institution had earlier denied claims that it was billing students a fortune to partake in its online lectures.
“The management of UNILAG wishes to inform all students, parents, and the general public, that a notice on the internet purporting that returning students of the University of Lagos is to pay a sum of ₦50,000 for online lectures and examinations, is FALSE and should be disregarded,” it had stated.
“In the future, it is advised that our esteemed stakeholders and interested individuals kindly check the official UNILAG website and official social media platforms for verified information about the university.”
