Ubi Franklin, president of Made Men Music Group and ex-husband of Nollywood actress, Lilian Esoro, says divorce can sometimes be the best option in marriage.

In a Boxing Day post on his Instagram page, the entrepreneur said no one plans to get divorced when getting married.

“I am proud of many things in my life but nothing beats being a dad to these two wonderful souls,” he captioned a picture of his two children, Jayden and Zaneta.

“We often talk about what goes into a marriage, but seldom we openly discuss what happens when it ends. The journey of love has a unique language.

“We all strive to find people capable of understanding that unique language, our intricacies and in turn understanding their complexities.

“No one ever plans or expects to get a divorce when they get married, but sometimes it’s the only and the best way forward for everyone involved.”

Franklin got married to Esoro in November 2015 and the duo welcomed their son in 2016.

The duo parted ways not long after the birth of their son.

He announced the existence of his daughter, who is older than Jayden, in November 2017 through an Instagram post.
