Toke Makinwa, the Nigerian media personality and lifestyle entrepreneur, says she was robbed in London, England.

The 38-year-old entertainer disclosed this via a post on her Snapchat story on Wednesday.

The on-air personality said she is still in shock over the robbery.

She also said she was left “speechless” because all her valuables were stolen.

“Just got robbed in London, I’m speechless. All my valuables are gone. Gosh how could this happen to me,” she wrote.

Over the years, Toke has etched a name for herself in the Nigerian entertainment industry as a host, media personality and actress.

She started to gain attention in 2010 as a co-host of Rhythm 93.7 FM’s ‘The Morning Drive Show’.

In 2012, she also hosted the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria (MBGN) beauty pageant.

Makinwa has been host to many notable events and shows such as the 2014 Headies Awards, Gulder Ultimate Search and The Voice Nigeria.

She has also featured in a number of Nollywood movies such as ‘Glamour Girls’, ‘Blood Sisters’, ‘Singing Sin’ and ‘Sugar Rush’.
