Angel also participated in the BBNaija All Stars show and was evicted alongside Soma and Venita.

In a post-show interview with Hero Daniels, Angel explained that she refrained from being vulnerable in the All-Stars house due to past social media attacks.

She said that despite discussing her mental health struggles in the ‘Shine Ya Eye’ season, her vulnerability was used against her.

Angel added that critics labelled her a “crazy person” and even created obituary posters online after her 2021 BBNaija exit.

“This season on Big Brother, I struggled to be vulnerable a lot because in ‘Shine Ya Eye’ 2021, I talked about my mental health and how much I struggled a lot, and they started using it against me,” she said.

“I mean, there were all sorts of narratives that I am a crazy person, I belong in a mental hospital.

“It is hurtful to hear those things. I saw a tweet in 2021, someone said, ‘Very soon she would soon hurt herself.’ Because I spoke about self-harming.

“There were a lot of hurtful things I came back out to. People made obituary posters for me.”
