Eedris Abdulkareem, the ace rapper, has taken a swipe at Daddy Freeze, the media personality, in a new rap song.

Eedris has been in the news in the past few days over his controversial commentaries about other celebrities.

He engaged in a war of words with Burna Boy and also claimed that Charly Boy “lacked integrity”.

Eedris argued that he “made sacrifices that paved the way for Nigerian artistes”.

On a recent episode of the Honest Bunch podcast, the rapper claimed he and Eddy Remedy were the founding members of The Remedies.

Eddy and Tony Tetuila, two members of the now-defunct group, however, countered Eedris’ claim on the formation of The Remedies during an interview with Daddy Freeze.

Apparently furious at the media personality for granting interviews with his former bandmates, Eedris shared a snippet of a diss track targeting Daddy Freeze.

The rapper shared the short clip of the upcoming track titled ‘Poverty’ via Instagram on Friday.

“Nigerians go dey live as slaves in their country/ Because of happy fools wey dey defend politicians/ And some daddy freezers wey dey insult pastors/ Later in the night go chill with fraudsters,” he raps.
