Morakinyo had earlier said Papa Show asked her to buy him a drink in a “disrespectful” way.

The actress said she reported his behaviour to their bosses, but Papa Show allegedly returned on set to beat her up until her lips were broken.

Speaking about the incident when he was featured on the recent podcast, Papa Show tendered his apology to Morakinyo.

The actor said he has learnt “my lessons in a very hard way” and also promised not to engage in such behaviour again.

“Hello everyone, I am using this medium to say I am truly sorry for what happened in the last few months between me and a lady called Temidayo,” he said.

“What is gone is gone. And I feel that even to her personally, from the bottom of my heart, I am saying that I am truly sorry for what happened to you.

“Such cannot happen again. Not to you or anybody. I have learnt my lessons in a very hard way. I am truly truly sorry. I hope that this video will make people who have anything towards me in a very angry manner forgive me. I am truly sorry.”
