Dotun Kayode, the on-air-personality (OAP) fondly called Do2dtun, has reacted to the court order restraining him from allegedly making defamatory comments about D’banj.

On Wednesday, Emmanuel Iyanna, the Abuja district court judge, gave the restraining order earlier sought by D’banj against Dotun.

The judge also ordered the police to probe a criminal complaint brought by D’banj against the media personality within two weeks and report back.

In an apparent response to the restraining directive via Instagram, Dotun argued that if all the parties involved in his child custody case had obeyed an earlier court order “we would not be here”.

He said he is not bothered about any court order or being detained in police custody. The OAP added that his goal is to see his kids.

“Don’t worry, you and I know why you don’t want me to speak cos you need that Bread Abi. You want my life to be dark and uneven but you want yours to be YELLOW!,” he captioned the post.

“Over my dead body… just give me my kids and let me live my life in peace. If we all obeyed “a simple court order” we won’t be here. Let’s all do the right thing and say our goodbyes. You won’t Bully me. Police station, na human dey go there. Bring it on!!! Thank you and God bless.

“If you only you all obeyed orders too. We won’t be here. I have kept quiet cos you asked for mediation. I know and I was so sure, you know very well what I was saying and I wasn’t wrong but yet again “The Power game”

“I have still not seen my kids. For me, that’s the goal. All these one no concine me. Focused!!!!!”

Dotun recently resumed his child custody battle with Omotayo, his ex-wife who happens to be a sister to the singer.

The media personality claimed he is being denied access to his children.

Last December, Omotayo filed for a divorce based on allegations of forced abortion.

She also accused her partner of domestic violence and emotional abuse.

The high court in Abuja subsequently granted divided custody of their children which Omotayo did not oppose pending the final determination of the suit.
