Maureen Esisi, the Nigerian fashion designer, has cried out over an alleged death threat from an unknown individual.
In a recent post on her Instagram page, the entrepreneur alleged that an unknown number sent her unpleasant messages via WhatsApp.
She also shared a screenshot of the sent messages which included an alleged death threats with vulgar utterances.
In the messages, the sender argued that the entrepreneur used her former husband to gain fame, threatened to make her suffer and hurled abuses at her.

Reacting to the post, Maureen said, “Years later n I still get death threats!!! One day soon Yall will hear my story!”
Maureen was in the public eye after her marriage with Blossom Chukwujekwu, the actor, crashed in 2019.
She had described the day the pair split as the “worst day of my life”.
A year later, Maureen recounted how she had suicidal thoughts following her separation from the Nollywood actor.
“It wasn’t easy, I swear. For the first time in my life, suicide felt like it was the only thing to do. How time flies! Two years later and I will tell you this for a fact. It was the best decision ever,” she had said.
She also opened up about remarrying in April.
